Do pictures Speak 1000 words? While most of us know how to use electronic devices we may not fully understand the effects they have on our lives. Digital Literacy is an essential skill needed to navigate the wired world. These illustrations are created to provoke critical thinking on your digital life. This project is inspired by the cartoon contest printed on the back page of The New Yorker, in which the public is encouraged to send in captions to wordless single panel cartoons. Each of my illustrations is inspired by one of six themes; Reputation, Entertainment, Online Shopping, Giving Credit, Friends and Health. To submit a caption please write one in the comment area underneath the illustration. Thanks for visiting and enjoy.
